Dear Performer Friends, Now, you know I am one to never promote work for “exposure” EXCEPT in very specific situations where the potential for work is very high. This is one of those. The Greater Miami Festivals & Events Association is having their annual conference on June 22nd. You will be doing a demonstration for event and festival producers, your exact client base. This is not some freebie happy hour for any yahoo, this is a conference of professional producers. You will not need to do a full show, just enough to give people an idea of what you can do, just 5 minutes long. You will also be able to network on the floor with the professionals there, give out your cards, brochures or demo reels. And if you get in soon enough, there is a small stipend available.
